Embedded Storage Products: 

In 2011, the FORESEE embedded storage product line was introduced. FORESEE embedded storage covers eMMC, eMCP, UFS, LPDDR, and MCP series products used in smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, STBs, and educational electronics. FORESEE embedded storage devices have passed many testing and can meet system smoothness and data stability criteria. 

v eMMC:

eMMC is a product line of embedded storage devices. It meets customers' high performance, compatibility, and stability needs in complex and fluctuating applications.

Features: 

· It has the capacity of 4GB / 8GB / 16GB / 32GB / 64GB / 128GB / 256GB. 

· The different sizes of this storage product are 11.5*13*0.8 mm, 11.5*13*1 mm, and 11.5*13*1.2mm. 

· The working temperature ranges from -25 to 85℃ 

· The working voltages are VCCQ: 1.8V/3.3V, and VCC: 3.3V.

· It is mostly used in smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, smart speakers, dash cams, smart cameras, etc.

v Subsize eMMC:

The product is a subsize and so requires less space on the PCB. It is compatible with cutting-edge eMMC hardware and software.

Features:

· The capacity of this product is 4GB / 8GB / 16GB / 32GB

· The sizes of subsize eMMC are 9*7.5*0.8 mm and 9 *10*0.8 mm.

· The working temperature ranges from -25 to 85℃ 

· The working voltages are VCCQ: 1.8V/3.3V and VCC: 3.3V.

· Applications of subsize eMMC are smart watches, smart cameras, smart bands, and smart earphones.

v UFS:

The usage of UFS products guarantees the maximum amount of time that a smartphone's battery can remain charged.

· They have a large capacity, high performance, and lower power consumption. 

· The capacity is 64GB / 128GB / 256GB / 512GB / 1TB 

· The sizes of UFS are 11.5*13*0.8 mm and 11.5*13*1 mm. 

· The working temperature ranges from -25 to 85℃. 

· The working voltages of UFS are VCC: 2.35 - 2.7V and VCCQ 2: 1.16 - 1.3V

v LPDDR:

It is a RAM product and has two series i.e. LPDDR3 and LPDDR4x.

· The capacity of LPDDR3 is 8GB while of LPDDR4x is 8GB/ 16BG/ 32GB/ 48GB

· The size of LPDDR3 is 11*11.5*1 mm while the sizes of LPDDR4x are 10*14.5*1.0mm and 10*15*1.0mm

· The working temperature of both series ranges from ~25 to 85℃

· The working voltage of LPDDR3 is VDDQ=1.2V and of LPDDR4x is VDDQ= 0.6V 

· The applications of LPDDR are smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and play boxes.

v eMCP:

This compound product combines eMMC and LPDDR to reduce space on PCBs and provide tiny, lightweight smart devices. It has 2 series, eMCP3, and eMCP4x.

Features: 

· The capacity of eMCP3 is 16 GB + 8Gb and 32GB + 8Gb and of eMCP4x is 32 GB + 16Gb, 64GB+32 Gb, and 128GB + 32 Gb. 

· The size of both series is 11.5*13*1 mm.

· Applications of eMCP are Smartphones, tablets, voice recorders, and e-books.

v uMCP:

It combines UFS with LPDDR to reduce space on PCBs, making smart devices compact and lightweight.
