For example, in educational electronics, microSD is merely used as a "container" for storing data, and the read-only property of the device does not involve long-term erasure, high/low temperatures, or other harsh working environments. Because of these factors, requirements for the speed and reliability of memory cards for educational applications such as talking pens, storytelling machines and early learning machines are not that high. FORESEE has released its first memory card targeted for the educational electronics field — the EPLUS V10 series microSD. This series of products, with 8GB–32GB capacity, adopts a new firmware architecture design, and supports SPI mode.
The product is rated as Class 10 in terms of Speed Class, ensuring minimum continuous transfer speeds of 10 MB/s. It also optimizes the response priority of read and write commands, effectively avoiding playback lagging, distortion and interruption.
FORESEE products reduce the terminal power consumption to a low level and can quickly switch to hibernation mode when idle to save power, ensuring a long battery life for educational electronics equipment.
