Recently, Longsys officially released the 32GB 2R×4 enterprise DDR4 RDIMM of Longsys AQUILA series featuring up to 3,200 MT/s in speed. This is the first debut of an enterprise ×4 memory module in 24 years since the establishment of Longsys, marking a new level for its DIMM storage business. It serves as a milestone for the company.
With the JEDEC Raw Card design as the basis, Longsys AQUILA RDIMM is independently developed by Longsys DIMM technical team. All specifications have undergone meticulous optimizations and simulation measurements.
The hardware is made of materials featuring excellent high-frequency performance as well as high temperature tolerance and reliability. Available in various capacity combinations including 32GB and 16GB, they also support enterprise data storage characteristics such as RCD and ECC (72bit), encompassing ultra-low failure rate and data error rate. They provide strong support for long-term stable operations in cloud computing, distributed storage, edge computing, and other enterprise intensive application scenarios.

Independent Testing Algorithms and Production Lines Can Ensure Quality that Exceeds Customer Expectations
Produced and tested by production lines of Longsys, the Longsys AQUILA RDIMM adopts a server system test solution. The system-level test runs strict test algorithms of Longsys in a high-temperature environment. By optimizing algorithm performance and accumulating test cases, the R&D test team has achieved comprehensive test coverage. Furthermore, a manufacturing execution system (MES) is already in place throughout the full process of product production. The production records can be traced fully at each site to ensure that the product quality meets the needs of enterprise users.
The Phase I project of Longsys Zhongshan Storage Industrial Park is also equipped with storage chip technology engineering laboratories, testing centers, reliability laboratories, quality laboratories, and other supporting facilities to cover a variety of testing processes and items such as life aging, reliability, performance, and compatibility. Combined with test equipment and software independently developed by Longsys, the company has created a complete storage production test process and a comprehensive quality management system to ensure that each step in the production process is within control with high-quality delivery.

Phase II project of the Park completed its layout construction on January 17, 2023. The data center storage line to be constructed will include a number of industry-leading fully automatic SMT production lines and supporting automated testing and packaging production lines. Within these lines, high-performance and highly reliable equipment such as vacuum re-flow welding machines and online 3D X-ray detecting instruments will be provided. On the basis of the Phase I project, test items and standards will also be upgraded to expand the production capacity of Longsys AQUILA RDIMM by several times.

Longsys is Actively Deploying in the Enterprise Data Storage Market
Since early 2021, Longsys has launched two DDR4 RDIMM products (16GB and 32GB) and has now realized mass production. The company is also developing DDR4 64GB, DDR5 32GB/64GB/128GB, and RDIMM in other specifications of the Longsys AQUILA series, which are expected to be launched in the second half of 2023. Longsys will further enrich its enterprise storage product matrix to better meet the needs for large-capacity, low-latency, and high-speed memory modules in various application scenarios.
