FORESEE embedded storage product line introduced the automotive UFS memory solution that can provide higher density storage of up to 128GB. The UFS 2.1 standard protocol is used to optimize data operations providing faster read/write operations. The UFS's performance, speed, reliability, endurance, and storage are higher than eMMC. This chip is enabling car developers to launch AI car applications like ADAS to make cars more intelligent. We have coded this chip with the LPDC algorithm to protect the data from errors and promote stable data operations. Advanced functions like write booster, HBP, data acceleration, smart health monitoring, hardware protection, FFU upgrade, and FBA are used to provide higher throughput than previous memory solutions.
Parallel NAND Flash: This type of flash is contributing to the development of small-capacity intelligent systems. This chip is made to fulfill the storage needs of devices requiring only 4Gbit or less space. Despite its storage, it is made to deliver industry-standard endurance by allowing the applications to work smoothly within a temperature range of -40℃~85℃. FORESEE has constructed this chip by following a premium development process and high-reliability measures. This is featuring high functions like 4-bit ECC, OTP area, smart health monitoring, FBA data acceleration, hardware and software protection, and low power standby mode to promote the proper functioning of GPON, industrial IPC, drone, Home IPC, TV box, speakers, and GPON.
Not only parallel NAND flash, but FORESEE is also providing a wide range of small capacity embedded solutions like SPI NAND flash, DDR3L, NAND-based MCP, and subsize eMMC that are varying in storage capacity, technical specifications, architecture, and interface.
