2019 Hardcore China Chip List Announced, Longsys Mini SDP Won the Innovation Award

The 2019 China Chip Summit and the 2019 Hardcore China Chip Selection and Awards Ceremony were held in Shenzhen. More than 300 semiconductor professionals, scholars, experts and senior electronic engineers witnessed the results of the “2019 Hardcore China Chip” selection event.
Mini SDP, an integrated packaged SATA SSD independently developed by Longsys, is a standout among participating products and is awarded the "2019 Most Innovative IC Design Enterprise Award”!
Introduction to award-winning product
Longsys Mini SDP, short for SATA Disk in Package, integrates the master control chip and flash memory into a package with a size of 33.4mmx17.2mmx1.23mm, only one tenth of the traditional SSDs! Compared to traditional SSDs, it revolutionized the hardware manufacturing process.
The product uses 3D TLC NAND, and is available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB capacity. It features SATA6Gbps interface, the maximum sequential read/write speed of 560MB/s and 520MB/s, and maximum IOPS of up to 90K. The product incorporates tens of pieces of patented technology. Patents have been obtained in the United States, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Brazil, mainland China and Taiwan and are within the validity period.
The "2019 Hardcore China Chip” selection results were scored by engineers, experts, and media analysts for participating products and enterprises in more than ten indicators in three dimensions: marketability, professionalism, and topic. The fact that Longsys Mini SDP is selected shows the industry’s recognition of the innovation of Longsys products.
